ORDERS We deliver orders within EU though our web shop is only in finnish for now. At the end of this page you'll find some usefull words you might need to translate product names and descriptions. You are welcome to place your order through the shopping cart. We do not accept orders by phone, email or letter. If you need assistance you may contact us in english by phone +358 9 8776100 Monday to Friday 9.00-16.00 (+2:00 CET) or email info@villihelmi.fi CURRENCY Prices are in euro (€). VAT 22% is included. If you company is EU VAT registered inform your domestic TAX number in the order form and we will reduce the taxes from your order. METHOD OF PAYMENT You can pay your order with credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron). The SSL-secure service is provided by Luottokunta Oy. As you transfer to the SSL-secure service "a lock sign" will appear at the lower edge of your browser. You can use the payment service in english, swedish or finnish - just choose the language flag once you are in the payment service site. TERMS OF DELIVERY Orders are send by post as a registered letter or priority parcel. The delivery fees will be adjusted to cover the real cost + 2,50 € before we charge your card. Current minimum delivery fee is 10,25 €. All orders are packed in a chronological order usually within 5 working days. We ship every weekday. We send you an email once your order is ready to ship and give you the tracking number. CUSTOMER REGISTER INFO We keep the info you give in your order form securely. It is kept and used only to handle your order. We do not use, sell or give your contact info to third parties in any case. We do not see your credit card number in any case as you pay in Luottokunta Oy:s SSL-secure service. RETURNS We are happy to handle your returns. Before returning please contact us by email as some items do not qualify for return (for example jewelry parts and items cut in length). Returning fees are customers to pay. We do not accept COD on returns. If the returned merchandise is in perfect shape we'll compensate your credit card promptly.
